You'll probably have to start in a different position if you have no restaurant experience. Hostess, busser, runner, etc. If you learn quickly and prove yourself, you'll probably get promoted in a short time. Turnover in the restaurant business is high. Just keep your customers happy.

Show your willingness to work hard, pay attention and stress the fact that you are a fast learner. Maybe tell them that you are very interested in learning the restaurant business and you want to learn from "such a great restaurant". Good Luck!
