Use a tripod stand or a chair. Yellow (halogen) light works best with no flash (or low expoure). try using a blur filter on the camera or on photoshop kind software.

if you're going to get glamor shots done, might as well get them done in a professional environment, not your basement. whatever, you're paying for it.

find a photographer with a good reputation, especially if you are looking for one who is able to do high-quality Boudior photos.
