I have been working for an at-home job since November and I can make close to what my husband brings home. The company is called West Corporation and the site is www.workathomeagent.com. Just apply, interview, and then start work. You don't have to pay for anything as far as getting hired (you have to have a computer and a phone line) and you get paid every two weeks. You do have to withhold your own taxes, though. It's a legitimate company and a legitimate job, I swear. I have four kids and I stay home with my youngest. My money helps out and I make as much as I would working outside the home. Basically, you work on the phone taking client orders for products advertised on tv. You set your own hours and can work as much as you want. Best of luck and see you on the boards at workplacelikehome.com!

If you know something about computing...you could start your own business. I know a lot of people that are making a live from it. Check some bloggers communities on the web. Most of them know A LOT about programming and all this stuff. Interesting and profitable, it seems.
If you have a health profession, maybe you can apply for a job in order to perform clinical trials, as a monitor. Most of them are currently working from home because you are almost all your time answering e-mails and making reports. I'm indeed one of those girls and I'm working from home most of the time. I'm home-based. It's truly amazing!!!...it's better for a young mommy with young children like you!

Many stay at home moms can benefit from being a customer service rep - using thier own computer and DSL/broadband connection. Reputable companies - such as FTD - - use stay at home moms to take orders over the phone. Many companies let you set your own hours (or half hours) - or some days no hours. Check out the article below. My husband and I considered this while I was staying home. We even thougth we could both do it to earn extra money in the late evening or early morning. Good Luck!

With a computer at home and internet connection, you can start earning from home, without any investment. You should choose your work at home job according to your skills and time available.
If you have a good typing speed, general and legal transcription jobs from companies like Mountain West, Tigerfish and Accutran are available. Some of these companies do not require any experience.
You can apply directly from their websites which are listed at
http://tinyurl.com/o65rb
Medical transcription work at home is also available if you have completed a course and have relevant experience.

I have been working from home with a great company that has been in business for a little over twenty years and have been members in good standing with the BBB ever since they opened their doors. They were also awarded the BBB's Hall of Fame award at the end of 2005. I don't have to host parties, stock, sell or deliver products. I don't even have to worry about collecting any money. If you would like more info you can check out my web sites and click on "Get More Info"

check into things like Avon, Mary Kay, Partylite, Cookie Lee, etc. Most of them have minimal start-up cost and you can generate some income for very little effort.
I just started selling Cookie Lee jewelry this Spring and with next to no effort have been able to bring in some extra cash without working 80 hrs a week. Great news for this single mom of 2

I work from home and LOVE IT! I work as an independent consultant for Passion Parties and assist ladies with ladies' night out. I work part time and make $400-$1000 a month. I have a four year old and I started this so I can be home with her more. If you are over 18, live in the US or Canada, and would like more info, please contact me.

There are websites that say you can work from home. All you have to do is send in the start fee that they ask for. I know it sounds crazy, you want to work but you have to pay to start. Then you go from there. Also, you could be a secret shopper from time to time. You can take your 3 year old with you to the stores.
