I hate to repeat others answers BUT you must get a lawyer involved in this matter. The bank, by law, is bound to any contract with it's accounts and a business partnership has to have two signatures to open or close an account. Hope this helps..........

The bank made an error. First, go to your bank and demand to see a manager or higher with your agreement with them. Your partner can do anything with the money with only one signature.
Second, get an attorney to make sure the partnership is dissolved correctly or you may find yourself libel for something in the future.

The bank screwed up. However, just complaining or talking to a manager will waste valuable time. My advice is hire a lawyer ASAP. The bank respond way more quickly when a lawyer is involved.
