It could be possible. If you look at the religious rein that has been present in the past presidental terms, it would not be that weird to think that they may infect a group of people that they thought might be morally wrong. People are very funny about their belief systems and go to extremes. Just look at the mideast right now! I am not saying that the government did, but I also dont think that I would be that shocked if it was true. I don't trust a government that is sold to the highest bidder. It is no longer a democratic system. Oh well, such is life. Or at least life that we have known it in our current history books.

Wow, crazy, and by crazy I mean totally wrong and uninformed about this issue.
I don't even know where to begin: AIDS is a disease made up by our government because of the free-love ideas of hippies? I don't like hippies any more than the next person, but please. Why then were the first cases in Africa, thousands of miles from any hippies at all?
Go to the library, see if there are any Scientific Americans sitting around, or go to news websites or science or medical magazine websites, and try reading something, ANYthing about the history of this pandemic, and you'll see in three minutes how wrong you are.

That is a thought. But, I think you got it wrong. It is not a conspiracy, or population control - it is a very sad disease. I is not just caught by gay people. There are diseases that we do not understand, and this is one. Medical science is making progress - and it costs a lot of money - no one would spend the money it costs by choice. Have a little sympathy for the afflicted.

it spread from there

Why would America do that? If anything they would give Aids to other countries not their own. And they would put something in the US water to get everyone pregnant. So America CAN overpopulate...Not underpopulate.
