No, U.S. Cellular uses the CDMA networking technology, the Sidekick [T Mobile] uses the GSM networking technology. In fact the Sidekick will only REALLY work with T Mobile.

No. Besides, even if you could get the voice calls to work, you wouldn't be able to use the sidekick web browser because that goes through t-mobile's/Danger's servers.
