1. Diana's sister April ex. Mia did predict a marriage. Dianna reluctaly let him go shopping with her and then he kissed her first before they left the market.
2. They never really said what happened to Jordan. But Jordan did say that Kyle didn't kill him and that he was just a pawn in the whole thing. Also he went back to the future and saw the horrible battle that would happen if the 4400 didn't change things.
3. Because Jordan showed up they didn't get married but Shawn did promise Isabelle that they would get married soon. (But that was before Jordan asked her to leave.)
4. No I don't think she will leave. And I do think that that will be a major problem on the next show next week.

This has been answer fairly well, but I'll re-hash. :-)
Diana was surprised to see her sister April was in town. April explain that she was moving to Seattle because of her new boyfriend Ben. However, Maia announces to them that they won't stay together and Diana will be the one marrying Ben. On hearing this, Ben breaks it off with April (who is quite irate), but seems to hit it off with Diana, struggling with the concept of free will.
A little bit of Jordan's return is explained. He claims to have seen the catastrophe and that the battle for the future will be fought in the past. It's vague, but then again, part of the fun is the gradual unraveling of the plot. :-)
The wedding got postponed because of Jordan's appearance causing a disruption. Shawn was understandably more concerned about Jordan returning to the living.
Just for fun, I think that Isabelle will have a new home at Haspelcorp, under the wing of Dennis Ryland. Stay tuned...

Her sisters ex-boyfriend who Mya is predicting they will get married.
Didn't explain about Jordan.
Shawn and Isabelle did not get married.
Isabelle isn't going to leave.
