Elvis died 29 years ago tomorrow,I think he was the greatest singer I ever heard.Do you agree or who is your all time favorite singer living or dead ?

I had a major crush on Elvis when i was younger, and was totally devastated when after telling my mother i was going to grow up and marry him she told me he had died 2 weeks earlier!!! My life was never the same after that, 'Long live the King' and may he rest in peace!

Yes I agree. Elvis was the greatest and the best singer. Many try to imitate him..but no one will ever come near as best singer and handsome good looks to go with it.. Definitely the King.

Elvis was great. No doubt, he brought rock & roll to a massive audience, but I think his predecesors and inspirations in jazz such as Jelly Roll Morton and Muddy Waters really take the cake. Especially if they inspire such great artists such as Elvis and The Beatles.

He is not my favorite but he definately changed the way music was going. My favorite singer is Robert Smith of The Cure.

Yes he was amazing, but my OPINION i think Perry Farrell is the best. For many reason but i think he more than anyone else defined and expressed the music of my generation. Gen X or Generation F*ck U (cypress Hill usage)
