no very much,my Son catches me,i have to pay up$,he phrased it like this"surly you are intelligent to use better language than these cheap words" and he,s only seven.

way too often→it's a bad habit and I sure wish I could break it...especially since I'm a Christian....I KNOW how it must come across to non-believers, but it's something I've been doing since I was young and like smoking/drinking, old habits die hard.

Basically, never. There are other ways to communicate feelings, and there are synonyms for swear words anyway.
