My left upper eye lid has been twitching for almost three weeks. Not constantly, but a lot. I've heard that a twitch in your right eye means stress. Any thoughts on the left?

Eyelid twitching or blepharospasm is caused by either too much stress or too much caffeine, try removing one or both and it'll go away. Right or left it doesn't matter. No worries though it's extremely common and if it becomes too bothersome, an eye doc can Rx you a eye drop that will help. Take care.

go to a pharmacy and get some of those stick on eye patchs. Wear them for a couple of days and it should go away. If not see a doctor.
I had the same problem and the eye patch helped alot.

I have heard stress as well. Also I believe not enough sleep can do it too. I doubt it would matter right or left eye.

Mine do that sporadically. I don't think it's necessarily anything dangerous to have. Just annoying. Especially when you're trying to talk to someone face to face.
