people in the philippines make their own wine. actually i'm not sure if it's a wine, more like a beer. we call it "tubá". they love it there.

Philippines is a free country.
You can make as much wine as you want. Drink as much wine as you want.
If you want sell some of your wine and share it's spirit, I suggest you acquire for a business permit from the town mayor, Acquiring a business permit will take you about only a few minutes anyway.

there is no law making wine in the philippines lots of people brew sugar cane and turns it to liquor and they sell it. it wasn't that strick unlike in other countries. unless you're planning to do small business, permit is required. and it's just an easy process.

Its legal!! as long as you do it in small volumes..if you make it in large volume, and sell it, you need a business permit for that..

i assume it is the same thing even if you do more than that as long as you would not sell it & it doesnt bother the neighborhood & you dont bother them as well if in case you become drunk already.
