I recall Germany under Hitler's rule started out like this....................
A system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people. And now here we are under Bush's rule falling under the same control. What's your view on this it's not a debate it's a fact that none of us can change.

A socialistic society is something America is not right now. It is a democratic repuublic that has a republican, democrat, independent, green party, etc. There are many views being brought to Bush, and he is not making all the decisions. That is why there are checks and balances in the government. There is the power of veto.

Thetruth is that no nation can ever have freedom for it's people. In any system the majority or the powerholders rule. The people are always slaves. Freedom is underrated. If I could like in a world with out crime or poverty or war I would gladly give up many freedoms for it.

I don't think anyone is really free. We are bound to something...taxes, work, jobs, IRS, gas prices, bills....But the average person does get to live his or her own life without fear of death or their family's death. We are a richer country. For the most part we are not poor...So we have it alot better than some countries...well for now anyways. And I definately don't believe there are really any "Free" countries out there. Unless you live on a deserted island somewhere. There will always be laws and someone who doesn't agree with those laws.

The US is free by the standards that you still have the right to come and go as you please, to say and believe what you please, but if you sit by and think that the government will continue to allow you your freedom without your voice you are sadly mistaken. The government will continue to take freedoms and liberty's from you as long as you let them. If you don't stand up and let your voice be heard then you might as well lay down and become the democratic doormat for the politicians.

If Bush was the Hitler you say he is, your question would not be appearing on YAHOO ANSWERS and your front door would already have been kicked in. People with your mindset spend too much time doing what the TV tells them. Get FREE!

Wrong, study history. The Nazi were socialist as the democrat party wants America to be. Democrats are closer to being Nazi than Republicans/Bush. Drink more Kool-aid. Drink the Jim Jones Kool-aid not just normal Kool-aid. Don't know who Jim Jones is.. Read up if you are able to read.

No, America isn't "completely" free, but we have the most freedoms in relation to other countries.

Apparently so!......... because your ideology is not realistic, nor is it reasonable. You obviously were dropped on your head. That would be a fact. You probably were beat up and dumped into a garbage can on more than one occasion.

Bush is not your enemy, it is the people that you listen too you are a mindless little twit
