Shakira. The way she moves her body is unlike anything imaginable. No one else, literally NO ONE, can copy here belly dancing movements. It is very attractive and sensual in a way. Also the skill it takes makes her ''hotter''. I also like the fact that she is smarter than most other singers/dancers.

Jennifer Lopez is more the sensual kind and Skakira is more sultry so my answer would have to be Jennifer Lopez. She looks amazing with smoky eyes and lightly glossed lips.
