After you use water and a cleanser, try rubbing some skim milk on your face (and rinsing it off, of course). I've always found that this works best.

Toner on a cotton ball will finish up the job that cleansers start.

Witch hazel works. Put it on a cotton ball. Also any type of toner or astringent. Be sure to moisturize after-wards.

Go to Target or Walmart or anywhere and get makeup remover wipes. They are also called cleansing cloths. Use one then wash your face it will get all your face makeup off (mascara,eyeshadow and face makeup).

make up remover. it comes in wipes or liquid that you can put on a cotton ball or q tip.at least thats what works for me

I use Ponds facial cleansing wipes. they remove eye makeup also.
