If it trys to bring you to your home page , and then redirects you to some site called "securtycenter.com" , or something similar , try looking (in add and remove programs , in "control pannel") for any "internet explor security" program , if some , it will ask you to restart before uninstalling , DON'T , it will just tell you to keep restarting. Try uninstalling Internet Explorer , if that dosen't work , try using "system restore"(in "all programs" , accessories") , to "go back" to a date before the problem occured , then do a full virus and spyware scan , most likley , spyware and/or a virus(s) are causing that.

First, try to let your McAffe updat your virus registry. Manually go to McAffee, and get all the updated virus fixes. Then re-run your detection.

If you cannot get there, restart your computer in safe mode, and try to update your McAffee agian.

If that fails, try a restore. Try your most recent restore point, but if needed, go back a little further.
