I've recently lost inches and I've toned up a lot, even before I wasn't overweight, however I did have cellulite and I still have it, I'm in better shape than I have ever been in and I can't see any fat on my legs, only muscle, so why do I still have it and how can I make it go away? help.

My mother proved to me that cellulite is not permanent. After so many years of having it, she avoided meat for a while (with the exception of some chicken breast every now and then), ate lots of fresh fruit, low-fat yoghurt, and vegetables, drank soy milk, used a stepper and biked almost everyday.....then lost a lot of weight and all her cellulite! They're pockets of extra fat, so when you lose all that excess fat....how can you keep the cellulite?

You don't get rid of cellulite. Everyone gets it to some degree. It's genetic. The only way to diminish its appearance is to lose the fat that's causing it. Do some extra cardio.

Studies have started to show that the ingredients in cellulite creams aren't getting rid of cellulite, it's the act of massaging the cream into the area. The massage helps improve circulation in the area and can help flush the fat out. Don't waste your money on creams. Just use regular lotion and massage the areas a couple of times a day. It might help

But you really should just accept the fact that you're going to have cellulite. It's just another cross that we women bear.

go on a cruise and get ionothermy done in the salon. i had it done and lost like 3 inches off each thigh!

it cannot be done in the u.s. only international waters or europe.
'stein' products , i think it is.

it got rid of every bit of cellulite on my body for over a year (they said it would last up to 6 months). i swear , i didn't think it would work, i just wanted to spend my boyfriends' money (and did). i know how bad that sounds.
