ha, cause all men ( well most) want to have "friend with benefits" meaning he doesnt have to do anything for you and you will give him anything he wants. Plus this way he can mess around with other girls, since you too are not "officially together".

Because some women do. Men only do things that they think they can get away with. This usually means one or more woman have already let them get away it. Just let them know the whole "friends w/ benefits" thing doesn't work for you. They will probably respect you more for it.
Ask them if they would like it if a guy disrespected their mother or sister like that. They will usually say " My mom is not like that". Then you say yeah well neither am I.If they don't respect their own mother then run. They will have no respect for any woman.

This is not something that is done my men only. First of all you have to ask yourself...what is the goal if relationships? For the average good looking man with and a deceit looking woman, his goal is to sleep with her but remain available so that he is not be held responsible for any emotions and can sleep whom he pleases. On the flip side, for the average good looking woman the goal is different if she has an deceit looking male as a friend, her goal is attention and control and remaining available so that she is free to chase, have interest, and desire whomever she wants with no regret of hurting someone whom obviously interested in her but she is not really interested in and leads him on with hope. As the old phase goes " Done hate the 'Player'(of the game), Hate the 'Game' (itself)". In other words, the dog will chase the cat and the cat will prance. If you want out of the game you know what you have to do. I do even have to say it.

Because some men take a little longer to mature and grow up. Eventually all men want a serious relationship and a family. This one your talking about hasn't passed that staged yet. Tell him once he realizes your not a whore then come talk to you!

they want to have their cake and eat it too. If a guy doesn't want to have an exclusive relationship but wants sex then loose him. He's not worth the time and you will get hurt because women tie a lot more emotions to sex than men do.

To coin a old addage, why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free? It is normal for guys that are not ready to settle down to do this.
Hell, I know a few women that act this way as well.

Some men really can be pigs. If a guys does and says that, then he clearly wasn't good enough for you in the first place. Cut the creep out of your life and find someone who is good enough for you.

That's easy...they do it because women let them! If you are a strong woman, then don't let them do this to you. If you want a relationship and he doesn't, then that means no sex! Just say no! I'll tell a man quickly, "I don't sleep with my friends."

Be strong in yourself!

Sex is something completely detached from the relationship.

Some men treat it like an entertainment venue, much like going to the ball game or seeing the movies.

OMG I was just in a similar predicament...I think its like they want to see how far you'll go and what they can get from you. Cuz if ur just friends w/ benefits, its "easier" because they are no emotional feelings attached...But dont give in and if you really value that friendship just stay strictly friends w/o sex! It only gets complicated.
