What is the term used to describe a person that disrupts or interferes with the marriage of another? I read it while browsing a Law Dictionary- I can't remember the term- I think it is an antiquated term or phrase.

Maybe you mean alienation of affections. It's an old law that dealt with a man enticing a wife to leave her husband. You could sue civilly for it, but most states have abolished the right to sue.
