Never heard anywhere that it does. It shouldn't because those hormones have nothing to do with your immune system. I've been taking the pill (Ortho) for about 16 years now, and there's no difference in how many cold I get or how severe they are.

how long have you been on??...it can cause flu-like symptoms.
