You're ok. According to the list on the Dell site, your Inspiron B130 is safe.

Your B130 is fine.
My brother and I have to replace our batteries.
But I have a higher risk because my battery doesn't work without the charger...

check your cover plan you had when you buy the pc if it is not covered then its no
