Hope this site works for you

Just write them what problems you are facing, tell them exactly the time and date it started.First they will check whole things, if that was not successful they may refresh your mail id, but they would inform you by mail, if you are not accessing incoming mails from your current ID, just give them your other ID, so that they can contact you with that ID

are you emptying the trash or the bulk mail folder(s)? they're two different things. neither, whilst stuffed with messages, should prohibit new mail from coming in (perhaps no one is writing you), but, again, they are separate folders. to rid yourself of the bulk mail, you must press the bulk mail "empty" link, to the right of the folder's own link, whereupon a pop-up will appear, asking if you're sure you want to designate all of those messages as spam. click, "yes", and they should go away. if that doesn't work, i suggest contacting yahoo, through another email address, if you have one that works (or create one - it's a simple enough task).
