No pictures but history is that it was made in 1935 ? In 1935 there were three models or types.


1. The first was the Standard Six.


a. Wheelbase 107

b. Serial Numbers EC-1001 and up.

c. Engine Numbers 4708995 - 5500178.

d.Taxable H.P. 26.30.

e.only 11 gallon fuel tank.


2. Master Six.


a. Wheelbase 113

b. Serial Numbers ED-1001 and up.

c. Engine Numbers 4708995 - 5500178.

d.Taxable H.P. 26.30.

e.14 gallon fuel tank.


Then the third was the Master Six (knee action)

a. Wheelbase 113

b. Serial Numbers EC-1001 and up.

c. Engine Numbers 4708995 - 5500178.

d.Taxable H.P. 26.30.

e.14 gallon fuel tank.

The transmission of the EC held 1 1/2 pound where the EA and ED held 2 1/2 pounds.

The rear axle of the EC held 3 pounds where the EA and ED held 4 1/2 pounds.

There is one on E-BAY for 75 hundred dollars Type in 1935 Chevrolet. If I remember those things were so bad Clyde Barrow would not steal them He liked V-8 fords. Mechanical brakes that needed adjusting weekly just to get the car to stop in a country mile handling or lack of it was normal telscoping shock asorbers not invented yet can you say bouncy.
