Mr. Sky brings sunshine into my day all the time. Mr. Sky's page is one of the first I check on a daily basis. The music is wonderful and different. The is just something about Mr. Sky ability to convey feelings with a feel well chosen words. It is a gift I covet and certainly don't possess. Mr. Sky is kind, thoughtful, funny, and worldly.

During those times when the skies are cloudy I usually think of how that effects me so I am glad you made me think about what that probably means for Mr. Sky.

All I can say is this. Mr. Sky has my respect and admiiration and I'll give Mr. Sky whatever space is needed, but I am also there if Mr. Sky needs anything.

Thanks for everything Mr. Sky!!!

As Mr Sky brings pleasing breezes and sunshine smiles to all, so when the sky is filled with clouds and storms, so all who know Mr Sky shall join together, thought to thought and heart to heart, circling the sky, circling the globe, and find their way to give a little sunshine back. Many have already done so here. More will come, and bring their light like stars, to guide Mr Sky through a dark night back to the sun's warmth. The heart's warmth. The warmth of a family of friends spread across the globe that she can call her own.

Bows. Walks back offstage, to rejoin the circle of friends)

I am not sure what troubles "Mr Sky" or if this is just a question based on her weather report, but being that I know she likes music...

If I thought she wanted to be cheered up I would sing or maybe play her the song "Happy" by Sarah Evans which says, "Sometimes it keeps raining, but don't be frightened by thunder and lightening, the sun comes up and the flowers grow, and you know you are already on the road to be happy."

But maybe we need to tell her that we think she is wonderful. I might tell Mr. Sky I wish I was as eloquent at questions and answers as her, I would say I am "Starring down the stars Jealous of the moon, I wish could fly." or simply, "I am a fan."

With friends like you the clouds are sure to go away.

Dear Mr. Sky,

There are so many things we people depend on. We know that there will always be air to breathe........water to drink.......and the sky shining above us. We know if we wake tomorrow........these things will not have changed. But can the sky always say the same things about us? Do we let out sky down as our mood changes? The sky always lets us know how she's feeling. We have the brilliance of her sun as she beams for all to see. We see her sultry nights with stars guiding our way in the darkness. We see her refreshing rains that cleanse our souls and ready us for regrowth. But we also see her fear as she hides behind the clouds afraid to show her sadness. We see her tears and anger as the storms show their force. But the sky is still always there. On that we can depend. Through all her changes, she shares them with us and opens herself to us all.

But how sad our dear sky becomes when we do not do the same in return. Why do we hide from the sky? Sometimes we feel so much less than the strength of the heavens above us. Sometimes we just don't know how to tell this brilliance heavenly body how important she is.......how necessary she is.........how much we love her and need her. We fear that our one stable , dependable friend.......might go *poof*. We sometimes feel unworthy of such a friendship........that we don't deserve the love and light she gives as she brightens our path.

But as we hide in our caves........fearing heaven only knows what........we don't realize how much we have pained our dear sky. But inevitably........we grow tire of this cave.......and we emerge. Why? We covet the sky.....the sun.......her stars........her brilliance. We never stay away long, because we can not growth, thrive and live without her. So we leave our sorrows in the cave......and join her in the open space. And we suddenly forget that anything other than the sky ever clouded our minds. We apologize and we embrace the sky.

The sun WILL come out tomorrow.......and all that is important to her WILL emerge.......better......healthier......and happier.....and ready to embrace her with all the love and adoration possible.

I think Annie said it best.

"The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
There'll be sun!

Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!

When I'm stuck a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh!

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may
Tomorrow! Tomorrow!
I love ya Tomorrow!
You're always
A day
A way! "

I sing that and cuddle my "blanky" it turns my frown upside down.

How about all Mr. Sky's friends make a long, single-file line and everyone can hold a sign saying, "Rain on me, Mr. Sky!"

Rain on me,
When you're not strong.
I'll be your friend,
I'll help you carry on.

Then again, you all might get hit with a bolt of lightning singing that song. LOL!
