Ok, Can a convicted felon in the state of Ohio bid and recieve a goverment contract transporting medicaid passengers

Probably not, but you'll have to ask the office that published the RFP or RFQ for the correct answer. Or just get a copy of the bidding documents and contract specs. It will all be spelled out there.

Sure, put the business in a corporate name and dont have the felon listed as an officer,
