Buy them a bit bigger, wash in cold water, don't put them in the dryer.

Jeans are cotton, and cotton shrinks unless you take care of it! Wash your jeans inside out in cold water, then hang them to dry. If they feel "crunchy," toss them in the dryer with a damp T-shirt on the "air" cycle. This will not only keep them from shrinking but keep them from fading. I've washed my jeans this way for years.

it's not the jeans but how you wash them. use cold wash and avoid adding bleaching product in the water. also hang dry your jeans, don't put them in the dryer. the heat is what making your jeans shrink.

DONT PUT YOUR JEANS IN THE DRYER!!!!!!! lol
wash them in the washing machine in cold water (or follow instructions on your jeans) and a delicate cycle maybe, then hand them
you know those hangers that are used to hang up nice skirts and pants (not the triangle ones...the kind that kinda "grabs" your clothing with these clasps), well use that to hang up the jeans on your shower rail, or a hook or something.....

it all depends on how ur washing them, wash in cold and hang dry, the best way to keep anything from shrinking, if u wash in warm to hot they will still shrink in the wash even if u hang dry them, and they will shrink if washed in cold and dryed in warm, they basically become confused and shrink more than normal. :o)

just stop washing them with warm water.
u can wash them seperately.
or u can hand wash them.
either that or buy a bigger size and shrink them. xD
or buy jeans that dont contain cotton.
if thats possible..

dark jeans make you look thinner, but shrink.
light jeans make you look bigger , but don't shrink as badly.
have you tried stretch jeans? whatever you do, do NOT use fabric softener. it will take the stretch out , then they'll fall off.

here's what my mom always told me:
STOP GROWING UP

if your jeans are 100% cotton, then they'll definitely shrink unless you go low on the heat.....
