Try a little nail polish remover without acetone.

I don't recommend nail polish remover as it can damage the vinyl. First I'd consider going to an auto supply place and buying some vinyl upholstery cleaner, similar to what detailers use. There are a few good formulations out there that work fairly well. Failing at that, I've heard the hair spray idea works on some stains; it might be worth a try but I must tell you I've never tried it personally. I'd test it in an inconspicuous area first just to be sure....(and that's probably a good idea when using any cleaning product for the first time)....but I'd try something formulated specifically for car upholstery first.

Hope this helped somewhat.

Try the cheapest hair spray you can find . . . like aqua net. I've used it to get ink off of lots of surfaces. It doesn't work as well on fabrics where it can soak in, though.
