Get a duo/combo of brown and cream. Find an applicator (Revlon's duos supply you with one) that's thin on one end and standard on the other. With the thin side, apply a line of a darkish brown at the bottom of your lid (close to your eyelashes) and then, with the standard sized side, or even a make-up brush, gently powder over the rest of the eye with the cream coloured eyeshadow.
It makes your eyes look bigger and definitely draws attention to your eyes. Be careful of certain shades e.g. green (although it's great with blue eyes, it can also make you look trashy), purple, blue, yellow etc. I have also worn a very light peach (which is my favourite during summer) 'cause it looks so chic and happy. Blue eyes are pretty easy but, seriously, brown's key.
Always remember: less is more. If you want a really dark and dramatic look you can always use a brown or grey eyeliner as well.

Use a midnight blue eye shadow (dark blue) as an eye liner and create a semi thin line. Draw down into your lashes (with aplicator down, bottom of it in the air)-creating a line that outlines(hugs) your lashes.
Use a very black eye liner, if you are good at it, liquid, and draw down into your lashes (with point down, bottom of liner in the air)-creating a line that outlines(hugs) your lashes so the black just looks like an extention of your lash line & is right below the blue shadow as a liner. Do this where your lashes begin to where the end for both colors. If you use 2 mirrors, you can see how it will look to other people from all angles! (2 eyeliners, blue(shadow as liner) above & black below huging your lashes) It does not matter what shadow you use on your lid above the blue, but.. it shouldn't be something much other than a flesh, bronze, grey and then keep almost white, light gold or very light color that won't clash above the lid color(under your eyebrow) and also you might want to put that light color on each corner end of lid & the other end of lid by your nose -do you follow this? The 2 liners will make those blue eyes look so good, the rest is extra and not necessary.
Order:
1ST blue eye shadow as liner
2ND draw in the black liner with the blue still showing above
you can always ad more blue or black but it should look like 2 lines one above the other, blue above black. A light of white looks nice all over the rest of the eye -Just an idea.
3RD shadow lid color- keep this out of the blue-don't mix the colors!
4TH highlighter color above the lid color and at the ends of your lids(corners of your eyes)
Eye lash conditioner so you can see white on your lashes. Comb down and up on them.
Add wet very black mascara, and coat over all the white & use an eye lash comb.
You can add a "splash of blue or black or brown liner/ shadow or both or whatever underneath bottom lashes w/ using mascara but the bottom is not at all as necessary.
Practice! I hope that you have an oil free eye make-up remover along with a Q-tip. That can fix any mistake fast. A VERY LITTLE REMOVER SO YOU WON'T RECK THE JOB. I am a make up artist and have been for over 10 years. I have assisted Lancome's national make-up artist. This is truly what I know will look great on YoU!
PLAY!

the bast makeup would be types of light browns-dark and blacks. mostly light colors though because if it looks like you dont have make up on than you know you did a good job. if your just not sure about the colors than just take some time and play around with different colors youll find something that works for you soon enough. and when it somes down to cover up yu have to get a color that comliments your natural skin tone. and blush that will blend in nicely.
hoped i helped

I have blue eyes and very dark hair...in the day or for work i usually wear a pale brown eyeshadow or a pearly one with black mascara but if im goin out i'll wear either charcoal black eyeshadow for dramatic eyes - astor do a good one or i'll go for bright eyes like turquoise! Also coz I wear alot of eye make up, I hardly do anythin else to my face. Like I'll wear sheer lip gloss and just a bit of bronzin powder otherwise you will look like you've put it on with a trowel!!

go with eyeshadow on the opposite side of the color wheel. i have dark brown hair and blue eyes and to make my eyes stand out more, i use gold eye shadow and mascara with a good mascara primer. for great eye shadow colors try MAC AmberLights,Honey Lust, Mythology, Tempting and for your crease use Bronze(only use when you wear Tempting. The others are solo.) Use Clinque's mascara primer and thickening mascara and your eyes will get attention

I have blue eyes and dark brown hair. I use a black eyeliner, smudged, with a dark lavender eyeshadow over that. But depending on what you are wearing, substitute the lavender with a dark green shimmer over the eyeliner. Top it off with a black mascara. I get compliments all the time on my eyes!

For a nice natural look you could use some browns and golds (this will make your eyes pop) or you could also try some Red for those late nights partying ;)
