i go with Mexico, Giovanni Dos Santos 17 (Barcelona), Jonathan Dos Santos 15 (Barcelona), Efrain Juarez 17(Barcelona), Carlos Vela 17 (Arsenal), Andres Guardado 19 (Real Mardrid), Nery Castillo 21 (Olympiakos) and the leading scorer in that league, Jorge Hernandez 17 (Barcelona), Ever Guzman (Barcelona), Mexico is has better talent, i mean there is alot of mexican players playing in Barcelona like the best team in the world.

definitely argentina....mexico may have more young players but the young players that argentina has have more talent.

Argentina- look at the track record...since the late 70s they have done a very good job with the youth programs in under 20 team since 1977 they have won 4 titles, but the players that came from those teams- Maradona in 79; Sorin in 95; Diego Placente, Esteban Cambiasso, Walter Samuel, Pablo Aimar, and Riquelme in 1997. Argentina 2001 was Andres D'Alessandro and Javier Saviola, and in 2003 was Messi. in under 17 they have never won but alot of 3rd places, Mexico has won that one title. Mexico to continue they need to win the next u-17 world cup and that u-17 that won have to win the under 20 and beat Argentina. Mexico has started on the right track, players like Salcido, Osorio, Galindo, and Fonseca left to Europe but if they started a couple of years younger they would be superstars in the World Cup. Argentina young players play in the first division when they are 17 or 18, Mexico now has a rule that you need to play over 80% of the time a player younger than 20yr and 10 months or if not they lose 3pts in the end of the season. It had to be obligated but it is a start, so those young players can grow- look at Memo Ochoa in America or Andres Guardado in Atlas. Right now Argentina has it because of track record if Mexico does what Argentina does in 5-10 years it can be at par with them.

Technically, Mexico will win, Argentina is only known for Lionel Messi but what help will that be? We scored about 4 Goals against Brazil, and let them escape with none, Hell, I can't wait for FIFA World Cup 2010!

Definitely Mexico. I think Argentina and only Messi comes to mind. Mexico is the current world champion (U17), and they achieved that just last year. Don't forget about Villaluz (cruz azul), I think he is a promising figure. I just hope they keep it up, maybe next world cup they will give us a lot more to celebrate than they did this past one.
