I'd say YES, that is for the man, but not necessarily for the woman. As was stated in another answer, larger penises will cause minor trauma and reduce lubrication. As a vagina gets 'used' to a size of a penis, these factors may not always be negative.

For men with larger penises, it makes their orgasm better because of the increased pressure and friction.
