Need more details on "everything hurts". If you work in front of a computer, be sure your chair is set so your elbows are bent slightly more than 90% or your shoulders will hurt, and that the top 1/3 of your monitor is at eye level or your neck and back will hurt.
Stretch before you exercise, and drink lots and lots of water.
I'm 40 and have had to deal with a great deal of chronic pain in my life starting when I was your age or a bit younger. Most of it was from sitting at a computer wrong for 8 hours a day. I also find that I am a very busy person and when I don't get enough down time or get enough sleep I start to have pain.
Get the book by Dr. John Sarno called "Mind Over Back Pain" even if the pain you have isn't back pain. He changed my life forever. Last year at this time I was looking at neck and back surgery. Today I run two miles a day and have never felt better.
Also, don't take ibuprofen for pain. I reserve it strictly for inflammation.
If you can get your hands on some weed, it will help you relax which might help. ~~~:)

i do not recognize if this may help you yet lately I realized something major about age. i'm 22 yet i don't sense any diverse to even as i grow to be 15. I act slightly in a special way inspite of the undeniable fact that the way i imagine and sense is the exact same. i imagine your underlying personality is the biggest area of who you're and once you attain a particular age that by no skill variations. In my case my personality grow to be formed at 15. i'm so constructive that that's actual that i visit foretell how i'd be even as i'm in my late 40's. I requested my dentist about getting my teeth floor down and for veneers to be placed on suitable with the intention to have acceptable teeth. inspite of the undeniable fact that i grow to be in uncomplicated words 21 on the time and the dentist advised me that they could very last 25 years meaning at 40 six i'd ought to placed on dentures! I reported to the dentist that once i'm 40 six i visit sense and imagine the exact same way as I do now and that i'd be very unhappy to lose my teeth now so i'd be no diverse at 40 six. besides I actually have associates that are older than me and that i do not truly care. human beings do not truly care about how previous you're. they're more effective stricken about you as someone. there is no longer something to provide up you attempting to seem youthful inspite of the undeniable fact that; that doesn't do any harm (is reasonably). you may want to dress youthful or get a youthful looking haircut. Your hairdresser might want to be able to assist to signify a haircut which will make you seem youthful. I did the same and she reported "boost out your fringe!"

My birthday is in February, I'll be 59, want to trade?
Seriously, birthdays do that to a lot of people. It amounts to another year you will never get back. Just relax and enjoy the day, in a week or two all will return to normal, until next year.
As a 100 year old lady once said on her birthday, "I just don't understand the fuss, after all, all I did was NOT die".

Age is just the days since you were born. That has NOTHING to do with your abilities and talents or "real age". I've met old 14 year olds and young 90 year olds. So the calendar has absolutely nothing to do with how you should feel.
Sure everything might hurt but you have a lot of life ahead of you! Enjoy today, it's simply a day to celebrate your life and honor yourself.

I can certainly relate! I just made 27 in April and I was like "wow, 30 is right around the corner." I noticed how many people that didn't make it to 27 and counted my blessings and decided to live each day to the fullest. Maybe you should do the same!
Happy B-Day!

I remember being 27, I thought it was old too. But then I got married, had two kids and now I feel younger. Hows that? And as someone wise once said to me, at least you can still feel it hurts, you know youre old when its all gone numb!!

Happy Birthday and don't worry about it - it's true you'll never get any younger but you're at the very best of your life. I'm older than you and still going strong - even though I'm at work all day and all week too!!!

Well, think about this. You've lived about 3/8 of your life (according to the average human). Congrats!! I haven't even lived a full 1/4 (2/8) yet.
