My hand cut off because it is smaller than my whole leg. Now if you said my arm, well then that would be a different story.

Leg. Surgical re-attachement procedures have a higher success rate with severed legs then with hands.

I would have to say I would rather lose a hand. I can't even begin to imagine all the great adventures I would miss if I wasn't able to be mobile on my own.
