ummmmm you don't my mom never got stretch marks when she was pregnant with me and my brother and her mom didn't get them when she was pregnant with her but guess what i did! i guess you can attempt to avoid the stretch marks by keeping your skin moisterized with lotion following every shower and not gaining a drastic amount of weight in a short period of time i did that and i still got them though but its worth a try sagging breasts, make sure you have a bra with great support i wear a nursing bra and a sports bra because the girls are so big and uncomfortable 3 more weeks of pregnancy can't wait i also wear my nursing bra to bed you could try that but don't be upset if you end up getting stretch marks or sagging breasts anyways it happens to the best of us think of the stretch marks as a badge and wear them proudly it sucks at first i know but the end results and why you have them should make you proud you got a beautiful baby

Not sure about the breasts, but friends have told me that if you put cocoa butter on your skin, it will help minimize stretch marks during pregnancy. But you have to put it on several times a day - like a lot. I guess that also depends on how much you gain as well.
Also, there is a product called Visibly Fit Body Lotion, that people have said minimized their stretch marks after pregnancy.

Stretch marks can be minimized by applying a good moisturizer several times a day to your abdomen during pregnancy, this keeps your skin in good shape for the stretching that will follow. Also wear a good support bra during your entire pregnancy, this will aid in supporting the weight that is caused when your breasts are starting to get heavy with the addition of the milk that you are producing. Hope his helps.

Make sure you wear a bra all the time even at bed time, one with really good support. For stretch mark's, rub vitamin E lotion on you body (everywhere) at least 2 times a day. You can also get Vitamin E capsule's and break them open and rub on your stomache, the capsule's are pure Vitamin E Oil and they work best but lotion with lot's of vitamin E work's too, remember to keep your skin very very moist. Good Luck.

i think you should just try to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy ( rub cocoa butter on your belly in the morning and at bed time and try not to scratch at all) drink lots of water and make sure that work out after your pregnancy.
good luck and congrats

Do not, do not scratch you stomach... I know it's really itchy. When you feel like you can't handle it, rub cocoa butter on it. Also, get some good support for your breasts. Good Luck!

I don't really think you can do much to prevent them. It all depends on how much weight you gain..and how fast you gain it (that and your genetics).
I used to rub cocoa butter on my belly, but I still got stretch marks :(

Lose some weight, immediately. the longer you wait with the excess pounds, the worse they will be. Exercise as much as you can and drop the pounds.
