Barney. Big, disturbing dinosaur. Seems like a pedophile and most average children are not so slow they need everything repeated a thousand times like the show does with a single cognitive idea. That syrupy song is just disgusting! UGH! Glad I raised my son before he became popular. I haven't enjoyed anything purple since.
A close second would be Boo bah (not sure of the spelling) those ugly little blob-like figures who dance around and that is the sum total of the show. "Look what I can do!" Turn the channel.

Hell, most of Sid and Marty Krofft's characters were disturbing. The Bugaloos, Lidsville, Sigmund The Sea Monster, The Sleestak from Land of The Lost...... They warped alot of young minds back in the '70's.

The Burger King; that mask is very disturbing; I watch commercials where he apparently kills a fellow's girlfriend as they ride their tandem bike through a tunnel and takes her place on the other side, but bribes the man into silence by offering him free food. How about that one where he is peeping through a guys window in the morning! Or the guy that wakes up and finds that pervert in bed with him like the horses head in the godfather?! This is the most terrifying monster ever devised.
