I assume you mean 30 ft in diameter?

30 ft = 914 cm
54 in = 137 cm

volume = (pi)R^2 x height

3.14 x 457 x 457 x137 = 89,842,663 cm^3

89,842,663 ml = 89,842.7 liters

89,842.7 liters divided by 3.78 liters per gallon = 23,767.9 gallons

1 cubic foot = 7.48 gallons
Volume of tank is Pi D = 22/7 x 30 x 4.5
= 660 x 4.5 / 7
= 2970 / 7 = 424.3 cubic feet
424.3 x 7.48 = 3173.8 gallons

30 foot dia = 15 foot circumferance x pi R squared = 706.86 square feet x 4.5 feet deep = 3180.87 cubic feet x 6.241 gallons per square foot = 20,424.25 Gallons! (u.k.)

Well, that's cubic feet, right?

4.5ft high, 30ft across, it's a cylinder, so volume is pi*r^2*h

(3.14159) * 15ft^2 * 4.5 ft = 3180 ft^3,
which is
23,788.05 gallons
