India is a great country. It might have defended its boundaries as and when it has been challenged but never was the first one to instigate any wars on anyone. Kashmir is a very sensitive topic and lets not fight over it. Indians will never believe that Kashmir is not a part of India and neither will Pakistan so let Kashmir is decide without any militant help...when they decided to be a part of India so many years back then why doesn't Pakistan accept the facts. India might not be the biggest super power but we are a developing country and have so much potential which is just been exploited by some people but we are sure India will overcome all obstacles and be a super power soon.

yaar, i appreciate your support for humare desh. and kaiser, is castes really any worse then segregation/slavery in the U.S.? 170 years ago, slavery was profound in the southern US. Blacks werent allowed to drink from a white persons cup!
as for kashmir, the topic is a sensitive one,and shouldn't be blamed on one country. It is not the only one, either. look at isreal and palastine over the gaza strip. There have been many fights over that piece of land and it still hasnt been resolved.
Genocide? is fighting over a piece of land considered genocide, now? obviously, there are, and have been civilian casualties but i would hardly call it genocide on india's part. is the american's invasion into iraq genocide?
You cannot judge a whole country by the practices of a few. India is a society of over 1 billion, so of course there is going to be problems. There is no use of being so critical. we are not the greatest country on earth! we have our problems.
AS madhuvan said in 'Rang De Basanti', "no country is perfect; we have to make it perfect."

It is definitely INDIA. due to which there was Renaissance in the west.The birth place of modern rocketry.I think the castes in the question has to be removed. as all Indians belong to a caste called peace. they have fought only for defence.
