My songs fade at the ending of each song so it goes straight into the next song on the playlist. So about the last 3-4 seconds is faded into the next song...does anyone know how to make iTunes stop fading the songs?

i got the same response on another website as Mister Man, but in my prefrences there is no "playback."

ignorance is bliss with all these answerers!! of course you can do that.
from the iTunes menu, go to "preferences" -> "playback"
here, you will find the "Crossfade Playback" settings. Set as you desire.
Job done

nope. but i DO know that iPods suck and that PSP's are better
=)
