Dress like an average person, but change hair length. The most effective disguises are in attitude. Act like you don't have anything to hide and just be a regular person going about their business. The number one reason people on the run get caught is because of suspicious behavior more than being regocnized.

No disguise needed. If I was running from the cops I would have used a disguise already during the crime....and if not....I would just move to Mexico!!

I'd wear a cop uniform and hang out at the doughnut shop, taking an occasional brake to bit up a colored person in the parking lot.

As Sherlock Holmes said, "Naked is the best disguise." Meaning: if you look like everyone else, you can't be picked out; hence no disguise is the best disguise.

,It is not a easy question because it depends on the real situation.I can not imagine myself running from cops, because I am a straight person, but,if i were in the USA,and if cops were confused about my profile ,firstly ,if I had the opportunity, I would change my clothes, going to crowded places, such as ,Malls, restaurants, movies, etc.I hope I have helped you, and I wish you all the best, you are a Brilliant woman and I am your admirer.Good Luck.

As a cop, looking for you. Then if they said that you looked like you, I'd say: "Nope there's been a mistake, he really looks like ... and I'd pull out a picture and say that's him" (not you) and explain that your picture had been substituted for his by him because he's (you, but as him) are such a cunning criminal.
