I bet the people that are giving you a hard time are jealous of your lips. Most women love the look of a guy with full lips, if it really bothers you , you might see a doctor for help but speaking from a girls side we love full lips, U got it going on

I saw a lady on television with REALLY big lips and she got surgery, but I seriously doubt your lips are THAT big. I would never recommend surgery on someone and it;s not on a medically needed basis, but if it's that bad here are some sites
