I like urban dictionary for these new words.
I exercise every day to keep my legs slim and toned. I don't want to have kankles.

Look above Hillary's feet.
They are calf/ankles - the ankles are as think as the calf, so it's hard to tell where they begin and end.

when your calves meet your ankles and you have nasty, fat ankles .. mostly fat people get them ..
