Honestly I don't Know the Best place to have a hotel party but if it were me I would probably choose like a red roof inn or some place where not allot of people go. the likely hood of you getting caught is high (depending on your age) because as we all know in hotels you can hear everything, and having a party going on is not quiet. plus if something gets broken you are going to have to pay.
My advice is to find an open field or someplace in the woods or something and have a bond fire. that way you can get as rowdy as you want and (depending on where you live) no one will hear.

Purely a guess, but maybe a hotel?
It depends on your budget, and how many people you are going to have there. I would suggest calling around, and let them know you are having a party!
Also, when you leave: Give the housekeeper a $10 MINIMUM tip, $20 min. if you have a jacuzzi suite. I used to be a housekeeper, and you'd be surprised at how many people would have horrendous parties and leave nothing! We hated people like that!
