E. A responsible parent not only waits to have children when they can afford them, but also teaches the child self-restraint and respect for others. These are keys to raising a law-abiding citizen.

H. Encourage every law abiding citizen to carry a handgun. You'll find very few purse snatchers, convenience store robbers, and burglaries when scumbags know that the good folks around them are armed to the teeth.
