I've got the first pick in a draft, and I don't know who to choose first. What should I do?

I think LT, Larry Johnson, and Shaun Alexander are all good choices. You definitely need to take a running back, though, because they'll get snapped up and you'll be left with junk for the last pick of the second round.

And for those saying Reggie Bush - I wish you were in my league, so you could waste your first pick on him. Makes it easier for the good teams to win.

I'd take Larry Johnson, but would definitelly entertain trades with anyone who was enfatuated with him. In most Fantasy leagues, you need two strong RB's and it's hard to get two if you pick first. The top 4 are pretty widey though of as LJ, Shaun Alexander, Tiki Barber, and LT. LJ just lost an offensive lineman to retirement although he is replaceable. Shaun Alexander just lost possibly one of the best Offensive Guards in the game, so that could hurt him this year. LT could be missing Drew Brees if Philip Rivers and company can't get a good enough passing game to balance the attack as well as get him the ball(LT gets a lot of receiving yards). Tiki Barber seems to repeat last year's performance, but I think LJ has the most upside of them all. If he can duplicate his performance in the 2nd half of the season when he took over for Priest Holmes, for the whole season, he will break all kinds of records. I'd optimally like to pick 4th so I could get whoever is left of the 4 mentioned and then hopefully one good RB would be available in the 2nd round like Brian Westbrook. Good Luck!

Well I dont know who "stephen" alexander is and you should NEVER take a rookie in the first round of a draft but you can't go wrong with

Ladanian Tomlinson
Larry Johnson
Shaun Alexander

Your running backs/quarterbacks are going to get you the most fantasy points so get those first.

i'd probaby %. Adrian Peterson or possibly Michael Turner. the 1st %. could actually be the suitable available working back. RB is the foremost to fulfillment in delusion soccer. all of us who blows a familiar %. on a QB is basically inquiring for a dropping season.
