If you have Internet Explorer go to My Computer, C, Documents and Settings, "profile name," favorites. That depends on operating system though.
If you have firefox, open up the browser and go to bookmarks and manage bookmarks. You can drag your bookmarks to where you want them.

I usually find that are at the page I left them at in the book. If they ARE NOT then they are pretty ineffective bookmarks, don't you think?

You click on the favorites tab on the menu bar, favorites on the exporer bar, or you press "CTRL+I"
