I went on an interview 2 weeks ago. Everything seem to have gone great. The interviewer showed me around, introduce me to other co-worker and I felt like part of the team, but there haven't been a call back yet.

give them a call. use "I'm just following up regarding.... position."

Another way to avoid this dilema is to ask (at the end of the interview) "when can I expect to hear your decision?" If the interviewer hedges the answer, ask "would it be better if I call you in/on ____?" Certainly you must be proactive in this.

Also remember to send a "thank you" note after interviews. It may seem odd, but it makes an impression. Just a couple of quick lines makes a difference.

example:

Dear _____:
I wanted to thank you for taking the time to talk with me on ____(date) regarding _____ (position). I feel that _____ (company) offers excellent opportunity for (growth, experience, success, etc.) and look foreward to hearing from you regarding your decision.

Sincerely,
________

Short, to the point and professional. It reminds them that you would like to be informed of the decision either way. (without being pushy)

You should consider calling them back. If they have not yet filled the position, they will appreciate your aggresiveness. Just call and say:
Hello, I am ______, I had an interview two weeks ago for the position of _____, and I was wondering if the hiring process was still ongoing.

maybe they want you for a position that someone else has to be fired for and they are waiting for them to make a mistake and then you're in. most companies don't introduce you if you're not part of the team. GOOD LUCK!

specific you will desire to. it continuously helps to be proactive and teach which you're taking initiative and have an interest in the interest. this would be a splash late, notwithstanding it additionally helps to deliver a thank you notice or digital mail a pair days after the interview to instruct gratitude for the prospect, re-emphasize your interest and your proper skills/previous artwork experience.

Ouch! Not good! If you interviewed for an immediate opening, then I would think you would have heard something within a couple of days.

One question I always ask at an interview is......."When do you hope to make a decision on this job?" and "Will you let everyone know?"
At least then you will have some idea.....

My guess is you missed out on this one............sorry! :(
