light on power on button stays yellow. I swapped monitors and nothing. Is there a way i could check the power supply? Please help.

Unplug the cord from the back of the computer..
Push and hold the power switch for approximately 60 seconds, then release.
Plug the cord back into the back of the computer.
Press power button. should come back on.

1) Your PC may have been set to "go to sleep" instead of "power off" when you push the on/off button. Check that in the BIOS.
2) Windows sometimes doesn't power off the PC when there is a device not properly instaled. Check in Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager. If one of your devices has a yellow ?, check the drivers of that device.
