Tell her to go away. Nicely. Maybe she's being mean because she likes you and doesn't know how to express herself...you never know...

Just go to her,show her your index,middle and ring fingers and tell her to read between lines;)

avoid her. the more you talk to her, the more she'll stay around. even NEGATIVE ATTENTION is still attention to a STALKER!
