Is the music you listen to, the muisc ur parents don't like?

If they were to listen to my ipod they would prolly go crazy. But they already are. haha.

I'm 41 and my parents hate my music! I'm into metal and they call it devil's music.

My kids are lucky.. we like the same things. Instead of shouting for them to turn it down, I yell "Turn it up!!!!"

No, my mom listens to some of the same music, such as The Vines, White Stripes, M. Manson, No Doubt, AFI, The Killers, etc. She's pretty cool... she has alot of rock star stories... =)

My mom hates my type of music well most of it because I listen to basically everything it all depends on my mood. But my dad he really hasn't listened to it so iono if he would. And both of my parents are crazy too so yea

Of course. I think that mostly happens with alot of people,why? who knows it's just the different generation but they don't see it that way. My parents detest my music but also because I hear too much of it. They tell me, aren't you tired of that same racket? Nope. Good luck with you.

my parents don't mind the music i listen to for the most part... there are a few songs that they don't like... but they don't mind me listening to them... my mom's only thirty and my father will just hit forty in sept. so they usually like the music i listen to b/c they like hip hop and r&b too

i like rock but my parents think it is to loud and sometimes it is but thats what rocks freakin all about and i hate it when their always tryin to get me to listen to the classics crap
