I've been using cattlemans but it seems to cover up most of the flavor. A little help please?

Well through trial and tribulation I have found the best sauce to be A1 it adds that little extra tang to the possum meat without over powering it.

Ummm....I don't eat possum, 'cause I'm a vegetarian....but I LOVE K.C. Masterpiece Honey BBQ sauce on my french fries or veggie burgers.

Try a remoulade, doesn't mask the dead animal taste like BBQ sauce does.
