I have been dancing on my feet for years. I need them to be smooth by this weekend. I wear sandals all day everyday so it is hard to keep them up.

A god foot soak - or warm water and epsom salts, to start. Use a pumice stone, after soaking for 20 minutes. (There are also thes e sort of "peelers" that look like potato peeleres, but you MUST be careful!!) After the pumice, try a facial scrub - I like St, Ives apricot scrub, and then a moisturizing masque. (you can usually find a deep moisture single-use facial masque, in Walgreen's, or CVS, for $1. Apply to feet and remove as instructed, just as you would, on your face. NOW - the finale: Apply "BAG BALM" (comes in a green tin - available in drugstores, garden centers - everywhere - and rub in, apply lots more, put PLAIN WHITE SOCKS on, and leave them on overnight, or longer - depending on your schedule. If this is VERY inportant, a good pedicure is available, in most states, for under 25 dollars. I hope this is helpful. Be well.

Get your self a nice foot bath a foot shucker and a pumice stone. I have the same kinds of problems (except I am barefoot most of the time here in FL) I have found that if I do this about once or twice a week it really helps.

Soak them in hot water and baby oil then get a pumice stone and scrub, scrub, scrub! Then put a good lotion on and socks. The socks will help your feet stay warm so the lotion works it's magic. Repeat until the big day. Good luck!
