Try to get on at county fairs. Sing at baseball and basketball games.

Be an extra, act in plays, do indie movies, do voice overs including books on tape and try out for modeling for people like Target and Sear.
Mischa Barton was doing stuff like that (remember the vomiting ghost in the 6th Sense?) since 9, got on The O.C. at 17 (she was in 13 movies and dozens of photo shoots plus did a half dozen plays by then) and recently went to Australia for a $400,000 (U.S.) photo shoot.

well i hate 2 tell you bad news, but most ppl that pursue acting wind up becoming teachers @ community colleges... or hair dressers,
but if you want some real skillz, pursue stage acting, try out for all the school plays in elementary, middle, and high school
and make sure you get the lead roles...
even if you dont become an actress, u will be popular :)

Try out for roles on T.V. shows and try out for plays and try singing at somewhere smaller first, like at a talent show at school. Start out doing small things first. Also have your parents help. They could probably help you find places to sing/act.

depends on where you live, try getting into a big city but your realli young, wait until you at least finish high school, then at least you have something to fall back on. take lessons and join clubs, get some coaches so you can strengthen your voice and acting

call a hollywood producer??
record your material in advance (preferrably on a laptop)
go to a high end LA hotel wait in the bathroom for an angered hollywood producer to come in yelling at someone saying "What do u mean (famous actor) cant make it to the set, u make me SICK!!!!!! nows your time 2 shine, get out your laptop open your files and then show it to the guy/girl

Drama classes in high school and college even, lots of camps. Try and find camps hosted by famous Drama companies.

Well...you can get an agent...and go to NY and/or LA....or you can go to a film school with your parents and act in student films....I'm a film major, and we're always looking for good child actors.
